The Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) was developed by Charles M. Morin in 1993, and is a brief instrument designed to evaluate Insomnia. It is based on seven questions where the answers are added up to a total score which determines where your sleep difficulties fits.   Having trouble with your sleeping patterns?
