Conditions of Purchase

Prices and payment

Sweden

All product prices include VAT. Your basket shows the total price including VAT. Delivery within Sweden is included. DHL is the carrier, and parcels can be collected at your nearest collection point. Goods may be collected at the Somna warehouse in Stenkullen subject to agreement, weekdays 8 am – 4 pm.

 

Norway & Germany

All product prices include VAT. Your basket shows the total price including VAT. Delivery is included. DHL is the carrier.

 

Means of payment
Payment is made via the Klarna system. There are options for immediate payment, later payment or spreading the payment.

 

Right to return

You have a return period, i.e. the right to change your mind and return your product, of 21 days. You must send us a message clearly stating that you wish to return your product. The 21 days begin on the day you receive your product. Please note there is no right to return if you have ordered a specially made product, or a product that has been clearly personalised.

 

When you use your right to return:

You must keep the product in the same good condition as you received it. If the product is damaged or lost due to carelessness on your part, you lose your right to return.

 

Warranty and service

All Somna products come with a 2-year warranty. The warranty is not valid in the event of:

  • Accident
  • Negligence
  • Abnormal use
  • Deviation from the care and washing instructions

Save your order confirmation, it is your warranty card.

Products with faults covered by warranty will be repaired. If repair is deemed uneconomic, the product may be exchanged for another of equivalent function or performance.

 

Personal data policy

When you order from us, you are asked to enter your personal details. By registering and ordering, you agree to allow us to store and use your details in our operation to fulfil our commitment with you. Under the Swedish Personal Data Act, you are entitled to see the registered information we keep about you. If the information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may request that it be corrected or deleted. In this case please contact us by e-mail at info@somna.se.

 

Delivery

Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Fridays from Somna AB. Orders placed before 10 am on a dispatch day will be dispatched the same day. You can always track your parcel on the DHL website, link. Keep the packaging and return slip in case you need to return your product.

 

Uncollected parcels

Uncollected parcels will be returned to us. If a parcel is uncollected, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of return carriage, an administration fee and a handling fee, currently SEK 200 excluding VAT.

 

Returns

Sweden

Whether you change your mind, wish to change weights or return a product due to a complaint, Somna AB will cover the carriage costs. Use the packaging and return slip which came with your delivery. Returns must be sent as parcels, not as pay on collection. We can always help you with return slips – simply contact Somna.
When you use your right to return, you must send or deliver the product to us immediately.

If you wish to change weights or return a product due to a complaint, Somna AB will cover the carriage costs. If you simply change your mind, you will need to cover the cost of return carriage yourself.  Use the packaging and return slip which came with your delivery. Returns must be sent as parcels, not as pay on collection. We can always help you with return slips – simply contact Somna.
When you use your right to return, you must send or deliver the product to us immediately.

 

Complaints

If you have a complaint about a product, please either call +46 (0)31-301 17 20 or e-mail reklamation@somna.se. Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you may complain about a product within 3 years of purchase. If you wish to complain and return a product after the warranty period has expired, you the customer must prove that the fault existed at the time of purchase. This must be done within a reasonable time after you noticed, or should have noticed, the fault.

 

Refund obligation

When you use your right to return, we will refund the price of the product as soon as possible but no later than 30 days from the date we receive the product. We will, however, not cover carriage, which you must pay for yourself.
